Our company is equipped with multi-tonnage precision punch presses, high-speed CNC and other equipment. We have the ability to undertake a one-stop all-round process from early design and development to post-processing.

We have horizontal hydraulic extruders, and the main extrusion equipment includes 25-75 MN double-acting forward extruders, and 14.5-31.5 MN single-acting forward extruders. We can extrude various types of aluminum tubes and rods with an outer diameter of 6 - 300 mm; and various types of aluminum profiles with an area of 0.2 to 3.2 cm². The cold processing equipment includes 4.5 MN tension leveler; 5t / 15t series drawing machine; LG30 / LG60 / LD180 series cold rolling mill. The main production equipment and testing equipment are imported from abroad.

The main testing instruments of the company's technology center are: plasma spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, gold phase microscope, image analyzer, material testing machine, material section measuring system and other instruments. The technical center can not only analyze the chemical composition of aluminum alloys, test the metallographic structure, and test the mechanical properties, but also serve the needs of new process and new products' development.

Relying on the above extrusion machines and various equipment, our company produces 1000 series, 2000 series, 3000 series, 5000 series, 6000 series and 7000 series alloys. We produce hard aluminum, super hard aluminum alloy tubes, rods, profiles, and forgings. Our products are widely used in various fields, such as oil exploration, hoisting rigging, and public security systems.
